Courses of Instruction

Please note it is necessary to attend an Introductory Talk before taking a course.

Courses to learn Transcendental Meditation are run both in Birmingham and at the TM Centre in Stratford-Upon-Avon and will commence on the dates listed below.

Stratford courses start on the following dates:

 April          Saturday  29th

June          Saturday     3rd

Birmingham courses start on the following dates:

May:           Saturday  20th

An effortless technique

Personal experience on day of learning TM:

"Without knowing what to expect, I began to drift down into deeper and deeper levels of relaxation, as if I were sinking into my chair.
