Since 2012, we have been speaking with different people about their transformative, often very personal experiences of Transcendental Meditation. The interviews collected here vary in length. All of them are rather thorough and extensive.

In terms of media, you will find here videos, audio clips and texts. The interviews have been conducted by meeting the interviewee face-to-face, or by recording the conversation via Skype, phone or e-mail.

Different paths and base camps – same mountain

Here are interviews with seasoned yogis and "freshmen" practitioners alike. Some of these people have been seeking spiritual depths while others are looking for a cure for psychological stress or insomnia. Some are old, some are young; some live under palm trees, others – in the land of snow and cold wind.
